ActiveX control(?) shuts down explorer windows....
« on: July 03, 2006, 01:46:45 PM »
Everytime I try to view my myspace profile, a box pops up that says "click to run activex control"... when you either click ok, or delete the box altogether, i get the error message from internet explorer that says illegal operation... i think its a comment that someone posted on my page thats creating the problem, but i cant remove the comment without viewing the page... and myspace hasn't returned my email asking for help...
can anyone help me?

I tried all of that... still same thing happens... any other ideas??

I know myspace is stupid, but its the only way I have of communicating with some friends from back home, and that are overseas... so I would really appreciate it if somone can help me fix this!

Use >Firefox< instead.  Or tell your friends about this neat new way of communicating called email.  ;)
Only able to visit the forums sporadically, sorry.
