i dont have atoexec any more, but i have xp cd , how i can get it and where  to i have to but it

Not sure i fully understand what you're saying.  If you're trying to install xp from DOS the command is

drive:\i386\winnt

autoexec is included when you install an os, or you could just create a batch file with the classpaths :o
