how do i convert .wma or .mp3 to .ogg?

i know i can play .ogg with WMP, but i want to know if i can convert .mp3 or .wma files to .ogg and name them the songs on UT2004 so they will play in the game...

    But we Weren't off Topic , just the Topic Evolved to entail new and Exciting elements ^.^ Like Ham tokens.

    I use a program Call Gold Wave to convert Audio ... must stay on Topic for Fear of The Mighty Ban Hammer

    I use Goldwave too, from time to time, but my version is so old it has no concept of OGG.
