Can you convert a ntfs partition in xp home to a fat32 partition?

I read that you cannot go from NTFS to FAT32. But you can go from FAT32 to NTFS.

I don't know why anyone would want to do that anyway.

Maybe you should read this and get a better idea of the difference between the two systems.

NTFS/FAT TABLE http://www.ntfs.com/ntfs_vs_fat.htm

NTFS/FAT INFO http://www.ntfs.com

NTFS systems run on optimised 4096 byte clusters.

FAT 32 is not supported on very large drive volumes and works better on small volumes anyway.

e.g. My C: drive is just 3·0Gb for ME

For XP it should be about 8·0Gb is the general advice, if you want to partition your disk-drive.
