« on: September 08, 2004, 06:17:31 PM »
Hi, thank you very much for your help with this issue:

I have Partition Majic and have copied my c: partition to get another paritition to boot on the same HD with xp home. I have done this successfully before. But now when I choose the 2nd partition to boot it says:

"Unable to read batch file. Verify that system 32 directory is not compressed or corupt"

Help! Thanks

maybe a bad piece of copying ...i would have left the files where they are and changed the drive letter to fghij for partioning  ....using disk management in winxp?this suppose to help pc user boot from any partition>http://www.osloader.com/
