Sound/video Card for HP

What type of sound card will fit into an AMD case for a hp pentium III for win 98. I am looking at two different cards: PC LINE 5.1 CHANNEL SOUND CARD for 98/ME/2000/XP and Digital Reserach PCI 256 Voice Wavetable PCI Audio Card...which one will work, if either?  :-?
