Outlook 6.  Can't access my  'Delete' fo

I cannot access the The "Deleted" Folder or the "Drafts" Folder.  The Folder names are greyed out.  I cannot delete any e-mails either.    I'm using Outlook Express 6.  
Any help will be appreciated

What happened prior to this? What if you do a system restore to a week ago or so?

What spyware and virus protection are you using?
