Outlook Express in xp

i was getting a problem in outlook last 2 days. the mail is not receiving. i put that account in another computer. is working. so i format xp and newly instaled. but the same problem came. i put that account in microsoft outlook 2003, in same computer , now working. but i want use outlook express.  what to do?
