Country problem... ;D

i just have a question.... could u find a link where it says how old u have to be to drive in Lithuania... kuz me and my aunt/mom.... made a bet... i said that u have to be 20 to drive there... but she said that it's 18... my friend from Lithuania said it's 20... but she doesn't believe... so could u please give me a proof kuz i am tired of searching it... i am not be able to find it anywhere...

    look i am no dumb *censored* english or american... ok... i am still learning the fucken english... so i am very sorry if my english skills ain't so great like the native english...
    mom/aunt has happened that my aunt addapted me so she was my aunt and became my mom... >:(
