Virus Help!!

Hello,
Currently, I Have A Virus On My Computer. This Virus Makes My PC Freeze. My Cousin Is BIG With Computers, And He Found Out It Was Something Called "GizmoBar". I've Tried Numerous Anti-Virus & Spyware Programs Like "System Mechanic 5" and "Spybot-Search And Destroy", But Nothing. Does Anybody Know How To Get Rid Of "GizmoBar"?

That Certainly Is Bizzare. Who In Their Right Mind Would Write Like This? Not Only Does It Read Like Something Stuck Up The Bunghole But It Also Has A Severe Impact On Your Typing Speed.
