    Here's a list of "stuff" from my running processes list. Some of it looks hokey. If anyone know wher I can search them by name, or recognize them.

    Please Read This First - Viruses & Spyware

    Install Adaware SE and Spybot S&D

    Google is also a very good source to find out what you want to know.

    As for the list.. I would only trust Svchost.exe. I have never seen the rest, but they could be related to programs you have installed. You failed to mention what programs are installed and could possibly run in the background.
