Spyware Blaster is free.
The auto update isn't though - either pay or live with it, I just live with it.
It' easy to update it every week or so.
And by the way - asking for license keys here is against the rules, and is a sure way to get banned eventually.
Just a friendly tip.

After you've downloaded and installed it, open it.
There may be a wizard, there may not, I haven't installed it in a while.
Follow the steps if there is one, otherwise carry on.
Click the updates tab, then check for updates.
After it's finished downloading any updates, click the protection tab, then enable all protection.
This immunizes your system against most spyware, stopping it before it gets onto your PC.
It won't do anything about malware already installed though, which is why you also need good anti-spyware and antivirus.

It's not bad.
However, it will slow down your system slightly and can be prone to bugs.
I'd recommend the utilities I recommended in your other topic - Spybot and Adaware.
They do a better job than Windows Defender and won't slow your system down.
Calum, do you mean all the time if it's set to provide real-time protection or only when it's doing a scan?

I am going to lock this thread as you have a few too many already that cover the same thing - basic computer opertaion. Please see the responses to the others and do a little reading, as suggested. We can't give you an online lesson, nor should you expect us to, for the basics.  ;)
