I have a belkin F5D2730-4 router. Its dead as in no lights come on at all. I cant connect with it wired or wireless. Any ideas to revive it?

Routers can in fact be reset...check the manuf. site for instructions.
But with no lights at all i'd say it has probably gone South for the Winter.

I'd try a different power supply before binning it though.
Only able to visit the forums sporadically, sorry.
