OK, E-2000 gave me a different looking box altogether.

I can't tell what size the box is in your image.
A standard ATX box is 8" wide and the drives mount horizontally.
They can be mini-tower, mid-tower and full tower, etc.
The height and the length is variable.

That's not as important as your existing power supply and its design.
Also, does your box accept full-height cards or do you have to use low-profile.
And then, of course, do you have the correct card to begin with ?

1. Verify the video card for fitment in your box.
2. Contact Gateway and ask if your power supply (and its connectors) are mainstream or not.
You need to establish if it's proprietary or not.
3. You may get nowhere on item two, especially if they switch you to Dave in Bombay.
So, try contacting PC Power and Cooling they may have a solution.
It won't be cheap, but it will be bulletproof if they have something.

I contacted gateway they said it would work as long as it is a atx psu and the dimensions match mines.

Haven't we come a long way? We started out shopping for ANY big ol' PSU and now we have realized that we are severely limited by having to get one that physically and electrically fits.

This is why it is best to get ALL of the information before the rush to post solutions. ;)

That's good news, it's ATX.
O.K., if you are comfortable with that response then you could Google "Form Factors".
There you should be able to find the physical dimensions of an ATX power supply. Compare it to what you have.

I would measure one of mine and post it, but without a drawing it would be confusing.

Assuming that 3.3/3.4 is your vertical height, look at your installed condition.
Do you have "vertical play-room" ?
A little less than 1/8" ?

Why don't you borrow a standard ATX PSU from a friend and just put it in there and see IF it fits. You don't have to connect the cables, just the PSU in the case. You will know for sure very shortly.

I just Googled around a bit.
There's a professional series and a basic.
There's also some older ones with weak 15A / 12v rails.
Some 2yr, some 3yr warrantys.

You might want to grab the specs and a part number from Gateway and shop around.
I saw it for $43 something but I'm not sure which version.

Mwave has several two. Go to Startech home and find the dealer list.
Also, Startech might be able to give you dimensions.
