Quite.  Don't do it, unless you REALLY know what you're doing.

yes its related to my other question.  i talked to my computer teacher in school and he said it seemd like i wasnt really connecting to my network with the wpa.  and i checked this by putting in a random sentence on my laptop when it asked for my wpa key, it still connected with perfect bars and said i was connected.  so my teacher said if i turn off my wpa it should work fine.  i am running a wireless 4 port paradyne modem that we got from our isp.  also i contacted my isp and he said my laptop should still work on a wireless modem.  i still havent gotten this to work
