You should be able to run sSpec SL48S Slot1 CPU.Your package type is SECC2.Read the below site.

I installed the 1000mhz Pentium 3 processor, updated to the 9-19-02 BIOS flash and the old IBM is running fine.

The new processor is recognized in Belarc Advisor and Everest Home Edition.

watch the temp's there, make sure the fan and heatsink are doing there job to cool it. the ironic thing is though, i have an old AMD Athlon XP overclocked from 1.1ghz to 1.5ghz just sitting around collecting dust..
