for starters are you talking about warcraft 3, or world of warcraft?

do you have a legit cd key? what step are you up to? how you been able to log in previously?

        Thanks * Blink,........
World of Warcraft  _ "Blizzard"  everything is legit,  bought at wally world (Walmart)....and
have the 60 day online card.
I did setup the account(trying to login) and have a name/password

A friend of mine is now playing and thats why I am trying this out... When and if I can get online, is that where I create my own character?  I cannot seem to at this stage. I have all 5 disks downloaded on my machine.
I go into the help section when I can't get online and reading thru I am guessing I have a problem with my router and or 2 firewalls...
        Should I checkout  that   [ tracert.txt file]  <<   ???
If I knew I could only play this thing in the online world, I might not have bothered......

So, it's legit but you downloaded all 5 discs?

        Don't you mean installed?

Good thing you dropped by with your oh-so-helpful insight.

        honvetops...
Unfortunately, our game forum is generally barren, so it can be a bit hard to find answers here sometimes.  And because I don't have any solutions, all I can do is suggest trying the official WoW support forum.  Just give them as much info as you can and hope for the best.  Good luck.  If you come up with a solution, let us know so it's here for future reference.
