I have Windows ME OS and at times my icons in the tray will turn black as well as various other things like my start menu icons changing and some things on my browser toolbar will have a 6 instead of what is supposed to be there and I always have to restart my computer for things to go back to normal. This usually happens when I am looking at online department store ads and I click on something within the ad. When I had Yahoo Messenger it happened anytime that I tried to use it - so I uninstalled it. I am going crazy trying to figure out what is causing this. Thanks for any help.
