It all started with the dreaded "NTLDR missing" problem. After repairing the problem and getting my pc back up, the real problems started. Is there a way that I can recover files that were in sub folders inside of "My Documents"? Also, the profiles of other family members will not load when their accounts are accessed and all of their files in the respective "My Documents" folder appear to be missing. Can this problem be fixed and their files recovered? One account is for a senior in college who is really desperate to retrieve his lost info. Thanks.
