More info needed.   ::)  What model is it?  You/we need to know.  Was it new or used?  What did you have before this card?  How did the computer perform then, compared to now?

honestly i am not absolutely sure what model it is. i bought it new from froogle and the computer worked perfectly before the graphics card, there were no problems with video or anything until i put it in.

Those?  Uh, there's only one that applies for Win XP for your card: http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_93.71.html.  Is that what you tried?

Did you get a CD with the video card?  Did you try using it instead of a download from nVidia?

Could it possibly be the videos themselves ? ?
How much RAM do you have ? ?
How much free space on that HDD ? ?

i was thinking it might be the fact that when i uninstall the integrated video card in device manager everytime i restart the computer it finds the integrated one again (in the taskbar it says found new hardware). i needa find a way to make the computer not recognize the integrated one. idk how tho ??? :'(

This could quite possibly be what is causing the issue itself...don't uninstall it as it also relates to the MBoard chipset...

The card should override the onboard video. No need to uninstall...

Depending on your motherboard, you may need to take a specific action to disable onboard video.  See How to Disable Onboard/Integrated Video On Your Computer
