need command

Hi,
  Is there any command in dos to know the file name(s) or path of the file with help of a word( this word is in the desired file(s)).
ex::
I have 10 files. one of the files contains word "ramesh" in the content of the file. May i know which file contains this word using a command.

        Is there some reason, you felt it necessary to report your post to all the moderators? If you think that will get you a faster response, it will have the opposite effect.
