CD-ROM & BURNER LOST WON'T OPEN NOT IN SYSTEM

CD-ROM AND BURNER WON'T OPEN. NOT IN DEVICE MANAGER. I LOOKED IN SYSTEM CONFIG UNDER SERVICES. THEY ARE NOT RUNNING. I NEED HELP PLEASE.

Post much more info on your system,OS and what happened prior to this...

And turn off the capslock key...

That and the lack of information provided indicate someone not familiar with how a help forum works.
