Floppy "metal stuck inside"

My daughter pulled out the floppy and the metal piece stayed in. How do i remove it? Is it easy enough for me to do?

Check the above links. Basically tools required: flashlight, small screwdriver, tweezers, or needle nose pliers. And  a steady hand and some patience and care not to do more damage.
When all else fails I suggest having the drive replaced.  Honestly they are quite inexpensive and not very difficult to install.
