Uhm.
Any ideas what to do?
Do you think repair lab could help with that?
Or there is still some chances to do at home?

I downloaded PC Inspector prog. And IT WORKED.

It found 21 (for now) files and I've got already 4% of 'em.
The other problem it is where to save all these recovered files. But it smaler problem and I'll try to figure out this.

Thanx a lot.
I'll let you know when I'm done.

Save them to a memory stick to prevent HDD writing.

Copy them to another hard drive on a different machine and go back for more. It might take several trips.

Seems to me, it continiously searching for more files and imidiatly starts copying them to a new place. Even previous files didn't finish recovering. I'm afraid my little space (40gb) would be done before even one file gonna be finished 'till the end.

Anyways there's no other options. So let's see.

How full was that drive ? ?
You will need another drive approximately that large for this to be a successful lobotomy...

Look, we can't work magic. You can retrieve your files, but you're going to need some way of storing. If you can't find something that is big enough, you'll have to go out and buy a new HDD or a device that is large enough to store all the information on.
