See you around, Bonchick.

By the way, if your data is important, I'd store it on two HDD's, so you've got an excuse to go out and buy another one should you need one.

Thanx.
I have actually 3 of 'em. And I'm trying to keep all my AVI files on DVD. Just this time I was late to do that. Didn't have a time for that. From now on I'll burn my stuff as quick as possible.
Pity thing is that this cool prog looks like doesn't recover OGM or MKV and MP3 files.(?)
Anyway mostly there was AVIs. So I hope to recover most of 'em.

ARJ     AVI     BMP     CDR     DOC     DXF     DBF     XLS
EXE    GIF    HLP    HTML    HTM    JPG    LZH    MID
MOV    MP3    PDF    PNG    RTF    TAR    TIF    WAV
ZIP

It's "Special recovery" seems to support these formats. I'm sure it supports more, but it's a bit tricky finding out how to make good use of the program.

Oh yeah! I already didn't pay enough attention and had to start this program three times. B/c there's also file recovery limit 15mb for each file. Max possible 999mb. At least that what it let me to enter. Actually it's possible to enter 9999mb but after you start recovery it jumps back to 15mb. So now I'm trying with 999mb.

There's a file recovery limit? Do they want you to pay for it?

To be honest, I've only used it to recover a bunch of pictures for a client of mine after I accidentally deleted them on every device I backed 'm up on and I was surprised it worked so well. Never had to recover anything else.

Well for now they do not asking any money.
And I hope they will not.
But if I will recover most of what I want to. I will donate some for sure.
