my pc crashed after installing NOD32 antivirus

From 1400++ viruses before reformatting,down to 40 trojan,worm and viruses total now after reformat.

You should have NOTHING on there after a format. THe rule is to not even connect the cable to the internet until you have installed SP2, a good antivirus and spyware protection. AVG and Spybot come to mind. They're free and they work.

That is why I am confused why its not completely cleaned after reformat. 
I did not disconnect the cable to the internet when reformating and installing antivirus...
Can u please give me link to these AVG and Spybot sites?I already have antivir.I will install AVG+spybot in addition to my antivir now??

And also after format I can run the programs on drive C but I cant open my drive D...lol. it says

Windows Script Host
Can not find script file "D;\autorun.vbs".

HELP please!

thanks for the link.i dont have the luxury to google dont have time.and im afraid also i might download a virus packed site instead of an anti virus lol.

Sounds like you need SiteAdvisor.  It'll make Google a lot easier by telling you what sites are good and what sites are bad.  And SpywareBlaster will make it just a tad bit safer for you.
