I'm using win xp sp2
with buffalo whr_g54 router / access point
I'm connected to the 4th AP from the bas station ( relay signal from base station to AP's )
I'm using wireless internet ( patch panel antenna>2 m coaxial >pigtail>antenna expander>buffalo>wired to PC )

AP of my ISP ( 9 dbi omni directional antenna>coaxial>box with buffalo router/access point)

Is its because i'm connected to the 4th AP thats why i'm experiencing slow browsing? but why theres no problem in Yahoo messenger or skype even in voice communication over skype?

Thank you very much

What browser are you using?
Try pinging a few sites, see what the response is.
Does it happen on all sites?
If just some sites, can you post some links?

Can you ping a site?
Go to Start --> Run --> type in cmd and press enter.
Then type ping site.com (replace site.com with the site you want to ping, e.g. computerhope.com) and press enter.
What are the results?

It is possible that your ISP has a "shape trafic" program... He can allow or dissallow more bandwidth according to the application and IP that needs it.
I don't have any other idea regarding your problem. For now.

    hello every bady

write DNS for your ISP in properties of local area connection and try again and if still the problem exist pleaes try to change to another DNS
