    Prepared mustard and mustard greens are very healty. It ain't gonna hurt ya!

    You might get sick to your stomach, but I don't think a lot of mustard is unhealthy.  I mean, there isn't really much in it.

    I think I'd be more worried about the 15cm of sausage per day.  LOL   How much fat and cholesterol does it contain? 

    I like sausage, too, but I don't think I'd want to eat that much every day.  Do you, or were you just using that example as a way of explaining how much mustard you're talking about?

    Since I also occasionally eat mustard, I did a search and found an article indicating some people may need to avoid mustard and other foods due to problems with BELCHING, BLOATING AND FLATULENCE.  Paragraph 9 there mentions mustard.

      You can also drink the juice left over from a jar of dill pickles and accomplish
      about the same thing.
      This is a good thing to do the day before you go hiking in the south(USA)
      Red bugs,or chiggers don't like the vinegar in your sweat so they won't
      get all over your boys.

      Now if your talk'n bout mustard greens.....All I gotta say is.....

        Breads in the oven. Thats whats for supper. Along with fried taters, soup beans, green onions, sliced maters, and fresh baked pecan pie for dessert. ;D
