    my webpage mail don't download but i can surf the net?

    i've tried to clear the cache but it didn't solve the problem.

    please help... :)

    What web browser are you using? (eg: Safari, FireFox, Internet Explorer)
    What Operating System are you using? (eg: OS 9, OSX, Windows)
    What type of email do you use? (eg: Hotmail, Yahoo, GMail)
    Do you use your browser to check email, or an email client? (eg: Yes, or No. Do you use Outlook?)
    Do you see any errors? (eg: 404! Page Not found. 500! Server Error. Wrong login/password)
