cant get rid of these boxes

when i plug in my usb thumb drive this pops up and, the little boxes under the second choice is what i want to get rid of.

dose anyone know how to get rid of these little boxes.

    For a guess...

    Have you tried selecting "Take no action", and checking the "Always do this task"?

    i tried to edit my first post but it didnt work.
    what i ment was how to get rid of the boxes on the third choice down.
    anyone know?

      Oh you want to get rid of those random symbols?

      Try uninstalling whatever media program it was you installed.
