Replace the PSU. Don't buy a $20.00 one...

I tried it your way, DeltaSlaya, and the noise was still there. So I guess it's the PSU. Luckily, the warranty is still in effect.

    No problem, and as patio says, do not buy a budget PSU. Look for something like Thermaltake, antec or galaxy.
