Lexmark x7350 wont scan.....

I have windows vista premium. When I try to use my lexmark all in one x7350 it gives me a message that  say "Downloading application list" and then "cannot retrieve application list" and it wont scan. I reinstalled the software with no improvement. Any Ideas?? Thx,,, John Scharbrough in INDY

Your installed security software is probably causing the issue.
