Automatic Zoom Issues

Can anyone please explain to me why everytime I open Explorer, Word, Excel etc..... my screen zooms in to 1000%.  I go back to the control panel and reset to 100% but it starts to zoom back in to 1000% again.  Any ideas?

You haven't given us enough information...
Does this only happen in Microsoft Office products?
Did you download/install anything recently?
What OS is this?
A picture could be helpful in this situation too.
