    setting up a router

    hi guys i have a qureire both relating to internet access
     i have 1 pc connected to the net already and have now aquired a router and wish to have a least 2 more pc's connected to the net aswell.
    When i connect the said pc's the both say little or no connection with the little yellow triangle in the systray this also happens when i connect my laptop to the router aswell i am thinking that i may have to assign a different ip address to each computer is this correct?
    as i know nothing about this kind of thing could somebody please talk me through it,

      Go into the connections properties and set the DHCP server and gateway to routers IP address.
      If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything.

      Did you follow the steps on the disk that came with the router? Or maybe clone your mac address. On my Linksys, i just followed the steps on the disk and it worked fine.
