Hello, we have the need to sync. Outlook between three devices. Here is my situation; an admin. person sets the “Calendar” appointments and maintains the “Contacts” within MS Outlook. I am either in an appointment or I am traveling. The software(s) (and/or web service) that I need must have the capacity to sync my Windows based cell phone and my laptop (Windows XP Pro.). Currently we subscribe to a web service that this is all done on line. The problem is that the service is slow and cumbersome. If I were to make a call from my cell and need a phone number, I would need to log-on to the web service’s software and search for the number via their software. You can imagine how slow this is. If we had the capacity to sync within software common software (MS Outlook) the world would be perfect.
