Adobe Photoshop

Is it possible to create something using Photoshop
on a Win PC and then transfer the image to a Mac
computer? And then modify/work on the image using
a Mac and vice versa?

If both computers have Photoshop, it's no problem at all.  If they don't, it depends on the format of the image file, many are universal:  bmp, jpg.
