File Count In Vista Windows Explorer
« on: July 18, 2007, 09:49:40 AM »
I upgraded from '98 to Vista. In '98, when using Windows Explorer, you would get a total number of files within a folder displayed in the lower left-hand corner under your main list of folders. Vista doesn't have that. Is there any way to have Vista display total number of files within displayed folders when using Explorer without manually counting them?

I just looked at various folders on my computer (running Vista), and all of them had an icon in the bottom-left corner with the items count next to it.

In Explorer or whatever Vista is calling it now click on view and make sure status bar is checked...
