    frankly, am a beginner in networking, but was able to network 4 pc's in our office,unfortunately one file on a shared folder can't be access on one pc.but it shows on the other 3 pc's, can't find the solution no matter what i do,but kept on trying, hope someone from the group would offer a help. tnx.... ??? by the way...

    my gross_earnings worries me much...it might not be enough for a better life.

      Well what are the OS' of the systems and how did you set up the network?

        tnx jonas for your immediate reply, anyhow i was able to restore it. i deleted respesctively the files from all worstations then enabled again the file sharing, its working now.by the way all 4 pc's OS are XP pro and am using Lightwave 5 port ethernet switch but w/o router. using ICS as router software only. tnx again jonas...
