how to change the Administrator password

    Administrator of what?
    Your Windows XP Administrator account? Start->Control Panel->User accounts and right click on any user account you have there. Then choose your options.

    Note that you can only change the Admin password if you are an administrator.

      if your CTRL+ALT+DEL change password option is blanked out, you can go to :
      WINDOWS>system32>gpedit

      it's in the administrative templates section

      on the right hand side, you should see some options

      change the setting of the "change password" option to disabled.
