How about SNAFU and FUBAR - does that bother you too?

Mellow out, young man. Letting such trivialities get to you will put you in an early grave.

Information about cleaning computer components

If you formatted and properly installed Windows, your hardware may be overheating. Better maintain your computer or install a more decent cooling solution to see if ithat solves your problem.

Take a look at your cpu and graphics card fans and ensure they're working ok.  Maybe you could give us some info on the computer you're using like cpu, ram, graphics etc.

Sounds like your RAM or another piece of hardware has gone bad, especially if formatting hasn't helped. I tedious way to find out is to get a good friend's computer and swap compenents back and forth until you find your computer works again... whatever you just swapped must be the problem. Only swap one thing at a time though and be careful when handling hardware.
