Not Win 32 Application
« on: April 10, 2004, 02:48:30 PM »
When I try to open a desktop icon, I get a prompt that says it is not a Win 32 application?  This just started shortly after I switched to cable internet.  Can anyone please help me figure out a fix to this problem?  Thanks, your help is appreciated.

Does this happen when you try to open video or audio files? This happened to me with Windows Media Player, and i re-installed it and they then worked. I do not know the cause of the problem though, and I do not believe that just re-installing will solve it permanently, as it hasnt on mine. At least you will be able to open the files though.
