Sorry if this has been asked a million times before, but anyway the problem is that although the red light on my flash drive flashes when I plug it in, when I open My Computer the drive you are supposed to click on (E:) does not show up. It was working fine first thing this morning but shortly afterwards I was not able to do anything with it and many hours laters the problem still remains, despite several attempts on both my lap top and non-portable home computer, including rebooting, plugging it in the other socket etc. Do you think it might have suffered some internal damage of some sort because I was carrying it about a lot today for work with my lap top and other components? If not, can the problem still be solved in some way or other?
