Trojan Trouble

Hello I seem to be having trouble with a virus called:

TrojanDownloader:Win32/VB.BN

I have tried several times  to delete it both with a virus scanner and manually can anyone help me get rid of this ?

    D/L the removal tool or follow the step by step manual instructions.
