Congratulations on finding a font color that is completely unreadable... nice work.

Sarcasm aside, It is hard to help you when you haven't posted any info about your computer.

I'm guessing you're missing a driver for your graphics card though.

Are you trying to say that when you use the scroll wheel on your mouse, it's going too fast?

If we knew what browser you were using someone would perhaps suggest to enable smooth scrolling.

            I've been searching for this:
Fujitsu Lifebook C2210 RADEON IGP 340M
because under the settings, it shows it is not enabled, and right clicking and enabling it does not work, it needs installed, I cannot find a good link.

Does it do this when you are scrolling say through a word document?  Or only when online?  Could it be a bad Internet connection that is creating lag?  Do you have any other issues while surfing the web?

That machine will need it's drivers to operate properly...

It will take some research on your part but below is where you should start.

Are both browsers coming out in chunks or just one?

sorry, i didn't see the second page. It's not the software so it must be a driver or hardware problem

Ok so I took a quick look though that website that Patio provided and I found this.

Ok, first thing is the drop down lists.  They are at the top of this page, there are 3 of them.  What you have to do is select your product.  So you want to choose Notebook Series from the first drop down list.  Then you want to select the series.  So you want to choose C Series from the second drop down list.  Then you want to choose the model.  So you want to choose C2210 from the third drop down list.  Then click go.  Scroll down to XP compatible drivers and there you go.  Second last one is the video driver, which I believe is the driver you have been looking for.
