The site you have tried to hotlink from does not allow hotlinks, so I have changed your code to remove the IMG tags, and then I shortened the addresses.

I created SUCH a fantastic message, can you tell me if we can send it to anyone( im a lil busy i dont have time to look around) or how to display this message on your own computer without the website  in the background.

    Just right click on the sign you created Ivy and save it to your computer.
    Heres one I've had for a couple of years that I may bring back into service.

    Strangely PEBCAK seems to have gone out of fashion lately.
