        you have youtube. maybe if you have software, you can save the files to your computer; you need some software that can save flash files. i've seen it before, but just search google and it'll come up. that is if you want movies.

        for software, do what they tell you. sometimes i use free trial or shareware, for which i find that has no restrictions other than maybe ad appears when opening software or something like that...
