I'm having a situation where I can not use my cursor to point in any section of the word document. The only thing that works are the arrow keys. Also when I go to open a document...well I double click...word opens but no document...I have to go to the file menu...open or click the shortcut find document and then click open...Any suggestions on how to fix this...I have checked all format options...maybe I'm overlooking something...please advise...
