You uninstall the connection keeper program first then download and install a download manager program.
You could use the link WillyW put up so if you have any problems with it he may be able to help.
Then try and download Spybot S&D using the download manager.
Once the download manager is installed you should only have to right click the Spybot link & choose to use the download manager.

Someone could also e-mail her the file...subsequently, she could save it to her desktop and run it from there...just a thought.

Did you download a file called spybotsd15.exe, if so then all you have to do is double click on that file to install Spybot.

Thankyou for all the help so far,
Here is the result to our hardwork.
I finally was able to download spybot and then i had to follow the five step process, update process was the longest , it kept saying ''Bad check sum'', so for each component i went back and did new updates over and over again till finally all was updated, then spybot allowed me to run ''check for problem'', and now i have the results.

Thankyou again so much Fed and WillyW and others,
Im not sure where to post the results , here or in viruses forum.
        Thankyou again Fed.

Now After this i switched off my computer for the night and yesterday when i turned it on, i was not able to start my computer , i turned it off  many times but it kept displaying this message on the black screen.

        Press<Home>Key to choose local disk.
After pressing home key it would give this message:

Reboot and select proper boot device.
Or inseret boot media in selected boot device .
        Press any key when ready.

Soooo i had no idea about what to do , so i called my ISP( i didnt know who to call , i was in shock state )
There that lady told me to read the screen to her and she kept telling me which options to select, said somthing like changes in BIOS , Partition, i dont even remember what all, ultimately she asks me to remove the disk after restart and im like ''WHAAAAAA which disk!!!!!!!, you never told me to insert any disk!!!!!!!!''and she's like ''its ok ,its ok i assumed you must have"
So i check if there is any disk inserted and LUCKLYYYYYY there was the back up CD , i couldnt believe it , i thought i had killed my computer finally , thinking ''what if it was the wrong CD''
so when she told me to restart , My computer sucessfully restarted!!!!!!!!!!

But now my Computer seems to be gone to the past, it has my old antivirus , my old settings, evereything before the reformatt, i dont know what this is, is this system restore of some type or maybe the backup CD was made at that time, who knows!!!!

But i dont even know how to react to all this :-\

        This is quiet a story...

I assume, you did let Spybot fix things, right?

How come do you have antivirus disabled? Which one are you using?
As for firewall, I assume, you're using some 3rd party firewall, right?

Must be something about your ISP walk through. But you don't remember details, so it's hard to say.
