Inaccessible Website

I have a curious problem that none of my tech-savvy friends can solve (and I'm most definitely NOT tech-savvy).  I find that I suddenly cannot access walmart.com on either my lapop or regular computer (both HP units with Windows XP).  The site is not down and it is not being targeted by my pop-up blocker or being branded a banned site.  And yet everytime I tried to go to this one site, I get the message, "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage."

Any suggestions?

I downloaded Firefox and got the same result when I tried to log onto walmart.com.   If it helps, the only thing that my computer and laptop have in common (other than manufacturer) is the same Linksys wireless router (and, until the past few weeks, it had never rejected any websites).
