VISTA RESTART

I'm running Vista home premium on an emachine  I am have a restart problem.  I will get the blue screen and then it will restart. It happens quite unexpectedly.  Here is the info I got from the lastest restart.

From searching the Net, it looks like Nvidia video card driver (more likely), or Realtek (again?) on-board sound driver problem.
Do you have any, or both of them?
